As soon as you sign up as a Local Resident, your profile is registered on the "Local Residents List" in the Map tab. Travelers will see this information and can directly inquire about receiving help from nearby local residents.

Anything you have to offer can be an attractive advantage for travelers looking for a local helper! If you register a profile picture that allows people to clearly recognize you, your trustworthiness will increase even if you have few reviews, leading to a higher chance of matching.

Profile Introduction Example 1) I run a cafe near the subway station in our neighborhood. I have the capacity to temporarily look after your luggage. I can store bags from 11 AM to 8 PM. Please contact me!

Profile Introduction Example 2) I am a university student. I was born and have lived in this neighborhood my whole life, so I can easily solve most of the unfamiliar situations that travelers face. Even if it's difficult, I'll try my best. Please contact me in advance when you plan to travel to our area!

What else can I do?

When travelers post the requests they need, you can view them on the "Requests" tab. Check the help request details, time, and location information entered by travelers to see if you can assist. If travelers input content in a foreign language, you can see the AI-translated version by clicking the translation button in the top-right corner.

Start a chat for any request you can help with! In the 1:1 chat, you can freely check the detailed request, negotiate the activity fee, and confirm the appointment with the traveler.

Within the 1:1 chat, confirmation messages will be generated for each stage of the progress. Please check and update your status according to the current progress.

• If the traveler decides to accept your help, you will receive a message saying the traveler has selected you.
• After confirming the message, start the help activity. Please click this button when you actually begin the assistance.
• Once you have finished providing help to the traveler, change the status to "Activity Completed."
• The traveler will then confirm the activity after receiving the help.

In the 1:1 chat, you can also click the translation icon attached to each message bubble to see only that message translated.

It is crucial to click the "Confirmation Message" button for each stage of the process and update the status. This is the only way for both parties to leave a review and rating at the final stage.
